Come join us for a sampling of bourbons from the Heaven Hill Distillery and a four-course dinner show by Chef Mary.
This is a 2 - 2.5-hour demonstration style class designed for those who want a cooking class while not actually cooking. This type of class will allow you to enjoy dinner and a show!
Join us at 6 PM for light hors d'oeuvres with Chef Mary beginning the four-course dinner demonstration once all guests are seated. She will show you how to prepare each course while teaching you about the ingredients and techniques used.
This dinner will be paired with a bourbon tasting from the Heaven Hill Distillery that will enhance the food flavors. Participants will learn a brief history of the distillery, their different product lines and what makes them highly rated. The bourbons in this tasting are highly sought after and not available often or in large quantities. So come experience something new or an old, hard to get favorite.
Diners will receive a recipe packet to take home to try out the techniques learned.
